In an hour, the Hobart Centerline CUH-1 high-temp undercounter dishwasher can clean 24 racks, using 0.84 gallon of water per rack. Because it is a high-temperature unit, it uses hot water to sanitize dishes rather than chemicals, so a booster heater capable of a 70-degree rise ensures incoming water reaches 180 degrees Fahrenheit. To protect glassware from chipping and breaking, the warewasher has a soft start feature.
This Hobart Centerline CUH-1 rack undercounter dishwasher has a top-mounted user interface with an LED temperature display, featuring a deliming cycle, notification, service diagnostics, and maintenance alerts. For loading racks, this dishmachine has a 153⁄8-inch door clearance, while two 20-inch by 20-inch racks are included for washing flatware and small items or glassware.
